Mactac® Graphics & Signage Solutions is bolstering its window graphics product line with the introduction of six new products. This expansion includes air-egress films designed for crafting double-sided window displays, as well as other permanent and removable films.
The enriched product offering aims to provide Mactac customers with a wider array of high-quality solutions to cater to diverse window application needs.

The six new air-egress films and permanent and removable media include:
- WV528 Windowview® Translucent: Designed for both interior and exterior backlit graphic applications, such as point-of-purchase (POP)/tradeshow displays and product identification. This 3.2-mil matte white translucent vinyl boasts a permanent medium-tack adhesive with UV light inhibitors. It comes with a 72# polycoated bleached liner and supports application using wet or dry techniques.
- WV399R Windowview Easy: Offering a quick, bubble-free, mess-free dry application experience, this 3.5-mil flexible gloss clear vinyl film is ideal for indoor and outdoor window graphics, as well as POP/tradeshow displays. Featuring a solvent-based removable adhesive and a 90# polycoated air-egress liner, it ensures a hassle-free application process.
- WV399P Windowview Clear: Versatile in application methods, this 3.5-mil flexible clear high-gloss vinyl accommodates wet or dry application. Its solvent-based permanent adhesive, equipped with UV light inhibitors, makes it suitable for interior and exterior window graphics, decals, and POP displays. It comes with a 90# polycoated bleached Kraft liner.
- WV129 Windowview Opaque: Engineered for ultimate opacity and light block-out, this 6.0-mil gloss white opaque vinyl blend is metalized on one side and coated with a white pigmented permanent adhesive on the other. Supplied with a 90# polycoated bleached Kraft liner, it serves interior and exterior window graphics, cover-up labels, decals, and other applications requiring an opaque media. Notably, it supports edge printing without lifting. (Note: Combine with WV599 to produce interior and exterior, multiple-color two-way window graphics.)
5. WV599 Windowview Clear: This 3.5-mil clear semi-gloss vinyl, featuring a removable solvent acrylic adhesive and a 90# polycoated bleached layflat liner, is tailored for both interior and exterior window graphics and POP decals requiring a seamless, no-label appearance. It accommodates both dry and wet application methods. Notably, when reverse printed and laminated to WV129, print service providers can create vibrant, multiple-color two-way window graphics.
6. WV596P Windowview Easy Etch: At 3.2-mils thickness, this translucent, matte frosted polymeric PVC film showcases unique silver flakes and is accompanied by a 90# polycoated air-egress layflat liner. Its permanent yet repositionable, clear acrylic micro-structured adhesive ensures swift, dry application without air bubbles or wrinkling. Ideal for indoor and outdoor graphics, backlit applications, and window etching or shading, it adds a touch of sophistication to various projects.
Additionally, it’s important to note that all products in this lineup are specifically designed for inkjet printing, offering durability ranging from one year to five years.
