The highlights include new additions to the award-winning TrueVIS™ printer family, live vehicle wrap demonstrations at booth #1639, and sponsorship of the industry’s annual event, “ISA Rocks,” scheduled for April 12.
Among the showcased innovations are Roland DGA’s state-of-the-art TrueVIS inkjets, including the LG Series UV printer/cutters, MG Series UV printer/cutters, and AP-640 Resin printer, complementing the popular VG3 and SG3 Eco-Sol printer/cutters in the TrueVIS product line. The company will also introduce the VersaSTUDIO BN-20D Direct-to-Film System, offering an affordable and comprehensive solution for customizing apparel with vibrant, detailed graphics.
One of the key attractions will be the live demonstrations of the new LG Series and MG Series UV printer/cutters, built on the TrueVIS wide format platform, delivering exceptional image quality, versatility, and cost efficiency. These models feature wide-gamut EUV5 inks, including new Orange and Red options, enhancing the UV roll-to-roll printer/cutters’ capabilities to produce vivid and eye-catching prints. The LG Series models, namely LG-300, LG-540, and LG-640, target professional-level users with enhanced features like staggered printheads and higher print speeds, while the MG Series offers a value-packed solution for growing print providers or newcomers to the industry.
Furthermore, Roland DGA will present the TrueVIS AP-640 Resin printer, leveraging the quick-drying and eco-friendly attributes of resin ink, combined with the image quality, usability, and dependability characteristic of TrueVIS devices. This makes the AP-640 suitable for diverse applications, such as wall décor, indoor signs, retail displays, stickers and decals, banners, and vehicle wraps.
For those seeking an apparel customization solution, the new VersaSTUDIO BN-20D Direct-to-Film System will be on display. This system simplifies the process of creating custom T-shirts, tote bags, aprons, and more in just four steps, eliminating the need for weeding or masking. Built around the reliable BN-20D Direct-to-Film printer, the system includes specially formulated S-PG inks in CMYK and White, S-F164 direct transfer film, and S-POWDER direct transfer powder.
